Shipping

Is shipment really free?

No, it isn't, but we include the cost in the selling price, so that we add nothing to the price of paintings we display on the website. Therefore, almost wherever you live in the world, you do not have to worry about the shipping cost - it's our worry. (The exception to this could arise if you live in a really unusual place, such as a house in the middle of the Brazilian Jungle, if not, you should be OK.)

How long does it take for my painting to reach me?

With the thousands of paintings on offer, it would not be practical for us to try and carry a stock. When you order a painting, that painting is commissioned especially for you. Between painting time and drying time, 20 days can pass and then a further 10 days to get the painting securely to you. To be safe, we say 35 days, though usually it will be less.

How do you ship paintings?

The paintings are shipped rolled, in very strong tubes. Depending on where you are, we will ship either by one of the internationally known couriers or by registered mail.

What about taxes?

You have no taxes to pay at our end. You could have Importation Duty in the Country you are in, but generally you will find there is nothing to pay there either (this applies, for example, to the USA).
